Baby Costcutters was sent a Raskullz scooter for this review. Loving it!! This is the perfect learning scooter for the little ones. I was actually surprised with the character head on the front. I thought it was going to be a hard plastic and was worried about the safety of that. I was wrong, it is a very soft flexible plastic. This is a great safe fun scooter for kids! I can’t wait to go out to get him a matching helmet to go along with his scooter.
