Shaklee #Cinchspiration Month Six Update

 

 

This is month six of my Cinch Inch Loss Plan. This is it!! I just can’t believe it has already been six months! I hope all of you followed me on  facebook, twitter, pinterest, youtube , instagram, and runkeeper and will continue to follow me because my journey is not over yet!

Shaklee Month 6 Picture

I remember taking the first picture!! Oh my…I did not want to. The thought of posting that picture made me lose sleep at night!! Seriously!!  My husband took the picture for me and when I pulled it up on the computer to post it….I just cried! I thought to myself “how embarrassing”.

Each month the picture got easier and easier to take. I transformed myself each month by staying on track with the Shaklee Cinch Plan and exercising. So, this morning I was really excited about the picture, not because this is the last update I am required to do but, because I feel good about myself again!! :)

I want everyone to know this program works!!! It is easy to follow because the only calorie counting you have to deal with is your dinner. Since, your meal bars and shakes are already planned each day it is so easy just to figure up your dinner calories.

My Goal was to lose 25 lbs, which would make my goal weight 117, but I am totally happy with losing 20 lbs*!! Plus, this is not the end for me….I fully plan on continuing my weight lose program! Only 5lbs to go!

Nov. 19 – Dec. 19, 2012 Diary Entry:

Well, the neck pain I was having last month turned out to be a little more serious than I wanted. So, under doctor’s orders I have not been able to work out this past month. I had an MRI and MRA on Monday and now have to go for an ultrasound of a main artery. So, we will see how all this turns out! Hopefully, it will all me nothing or something very minor and I can get back to a regular workout schedule. :)

As far as the program…still going strong! I love not having to worry about what I am having for breakfast or lunch! Plus, now planning healthy meals for dinner is like second nature. Most of the time I don’t even have to look up anymore how many calories I am eating.

Oct. 24th – Nov. 19, 2012 Diary Entry

I am so happy this month!! Even though all my kids and myself have been sick, I am still losing weight and inches! That picture above is amazing to me! I can not believe I have lost 18 pounds.

If you watched my video below you know I have also done something to my neck/shoulder to make it hurt.  So, right now I am in love with my chiropractor for helping me get everything back in the right place. I am still doing what walking I can but, really it is not as much as I was doing before.

Hopefully, by next week I can be back on a full workout again! 7 pounds to go!!!!!!

Well as most of you know by watching last month’s end date video…..last month really did not have much change. So I am not posting a picture this month lol.

Sept. 9 –  Oct. 24th Diary Entry

Okay lets talk about the last month. Well, I have had many ups and downs. Then I decided I really need to kick this into high gear!!! I mean I only have 10lbs left to lose!! I can do this!

Then I am sick, then one of the kids is sick, then my husband is sick, then one of the other kids is sick lol……so you get how things have been going.

Solution: I need a new way of working out….something to change up my routine. I think I am getting a little bored with just walking on the treadmill. So, now I have a new toy!!! Well new to me :) I bought a used but still in awesome condition Bowflex. YEAH!!! So I just bought it last week and have only used it a few time but, you just wait…….it is time to kick my butt into shape!!!

I really can not believe three months have gone by since I started the Cinch Plan! I am feeling very blessed to have picked by Shaklee to blog about my progress in exchange for their products. This has given me a step-up in my goal to become a healthier person :)

Week of Aug. 19th Diary Entry I am feeling so great this week! Walking on the treadmill, eating right, and enjoying life.

Week of Aug. 26th Diary Entry: This week we had to get ready for a hurricane. This really stresses me out. I have found out two things about myself…I eat when I am stressed and when I am bored. {sounds like most people right!}

Week of Sept. 2nd Diary Entry: Well the other day I stepped out of the shower and passed out! So, thankful my husband was there to catch me. The doctor said my white blood count was high. My body trying to fight off an infection and the hot shower combined together is caused me to pass out. Anyway I am not overeating but I am taking it easy this week not fully doing the Cinch Plan.

Week of Sept. 9th Diary Entry: Okay I am back on the plan. My blood pressure has come back up and I am starting to feel better. I think I am going to get started back on the treadmill also this week. Just taking it slow and easy to make sure my body gets back to normal :)

Week of July 15th Diary Entry: I am working hard to get on the treadmill everyday! My husband has become very inspirational to me. He pushes me everyday to take a little me time to walk. Afterwards I feel so much better…it is just getting to the treadmill is the hard part.

Week of July 22nd Diary Entry: We went on vacation this week and well it was not great for me. I did gain 2lbs during vacation because I did come off the plan for lunch and dinner. I did still have my shake for breakfast though so I feel that helped me stay a little focused. My thinking is this is temporary weight that will come off faster than weight that had been there a while lol.

Week of July 29th Diary Entry: The scale is starting to move again this week! YEAH! I have finally lost 10 lbs from my beginning weight! You have no idea how happy I am to say this! REALLY!! 10 Pounds is a BIG DEAL! Planning our family meals has gotten so much easier now…I am in a routine now. Not to say all our meals are the same every week but we have found some great tasting healthy meals the whole family can enjoy.

Week of August 5th Diary Entry:  Still working hard to make it on the treadmill everyday. I feel so much better after I get off the treadmill…..it just takes me getting on the treadmill first.

Week of August 12th Diary Entry: Oh I can not wait to tell you my new weigh in and measurements in the beginning of the next post!! This last month I have really started to see big changes :)
