    my favorite photo is of her at the beach when she was 3. she insisted on wearing her ballet suit instead of her bathing suit. she is standing by the waves, with her sunglasses on and her arms thrown out above her and she’s smiling really big. she is 5 now, but every time i look at that photo i can’t help but smile really big.
