I absolutely love this! I remember one of the biggest costs when I was going to school was buying books. We didn’t have the option to rent back in the day! Thank you for sharing this post.

Renting books is definitely the way to go…as long as you can find the exact book you are going to need for your specific course!

Renting books is a great idea, it makes sense to rent instead of buying books you might not make much use of a few years from now!

  7. Sarah L says

There are so many textbooks that you need for classes and never need again. This sounds like a great way to deal with books.

  8. Sue Mullaney says

This is a great idea to rent books to save money instead of buying an expensive book that they might not even have any use for at some point after they’ve graduated. Thanks for posting!

I like the features of this program. Plus, the fact that they benefit a charity is an added incentive! Personally, I don’t see what the big deal about renting textbooks. It isn’t as though they are so fantastic that you’d want to keep them forever! I remember when a family member was attending college and the cost of books was sky high! We would use the websites alibris and Barnes & Noble for discounts.
