There is nothing more depressing than showing up somewhere and another person is wearing what you’re wearing! It happens more than you think! That dreaded moment when you see someone with the same outfit on! I bet it has even happened to a few of you! Actually, last year at a blogging conference I went to there were two bloggers from two totally different parts of the US who had on the same shirt! They were nice about it though and even posed for pictures together calling each other their t-shirt twin.
How do you solve this problem? Stop buying items at the department stores!! Think about it, if you are shopping there and they have fifteen to twenty of the same shirts sitting out….well guess what? That is fifteen to twenty other people who will have that same shirt!! And you know they have more in the back they will put out. Plus, now times that amount by each store they have! That is way to many people with the same shirt as you!
Where do you shop then? I know we do not all have the money to hire a personal stylist and buy one of a kind clothing. So do the next best thing…..shop online! Ok… I was going to get on here and say how it doesnt bother me that someone else had the same outfit or shirt as me… then I actually went and looked at Tee Tick website. I seen an Octopus print for a tshirt. That’s cool. I am a Red Wings Hockey fan and the mascot is an Octopus. I would totally wear that!

It doesn’t matter to me if someone has the same thing that I have. Everyone is different and wears clothes differently, so it really don’t matter. An outfit will look different on a different body.

Online shopping is a must in Vermont. Very slim Pickens around these parts when it comes to department stores.

at first I think it might bother me, more so if you show up at families or friends party and someone is wearing the same thing, but it is what it is

That would be horrible if I got all dressed up and was so excited and then find out and see someone else wearing my outfit! I definitely agree that shopping online gives you a larger variety to choose from and be more unique.

Lol I don’t seeing someone of class wearing what I am or wearing it right but I hate when I see someone wearing what I am and they disgrace the it. Makes me feel trashy

I never thought about the Dept store theory before you mentioned it. 🙂 Once, many years ago I went to my sons school conference and there it was. His teacher and I had the exact same pair of slacks and sweater on. 🙂 It kind of bonded us which made my son happy,.It was actually funny.
