Samsung has released a new line of products at Best Buy! We were sent the Samsung Robot Vacuum to review for all of you.
Who has time to vacuum your house anymore right?! We all want to enjoy our summer time with our kids and not have to worry about cleaning the floors. Now, you do not have to worry about your floors being vacuumed anymore. The work can be done for you when you want it done. With 7 cleaning modes the Samsung robot lets you choose the best way to clean in different situations. It has 4 styles of cleaning, including auto, spot, max and manual modes, scheduling modes and a dust sensor mode.

How It Worked for Us
First off I want to say I saw this highly tech vacuum and thought to myself, “Wow, I am never going to figure this thing out!” The manuals looked thick and I was worried I had gotten myself in over my head. I was wrong. The manuals are thick because of all the languages included and the directions are super easy to follow with large images.
The first thing you do it manually set it up on the docking station. The first charging takes about 160 minutes to fully charge. In the future when the battery gets low it automatically moves to the docking station to recharge itself, before resuming cleaning.
Next, you will pick which cleaning mode you would like to try first. There are four setting for cleaning. Auto clean, spot clean, max clean, and manual clean. It seems to have a wider brush than most vacuums, so it can clean larger areas with less movement. At any time you the robot is cleaning you can press the point and clean button on the remote that will shine a red dot on the floor.
This allows you to guide the robot to where you want to clean. Then when you release the vacuum goes back to cleaning where it left off. Using its 10 sensors and on-board digital camera it creates a complete map of your house and calculates the most efficient cleaning path. The Visionary Mapping plus System finds and leads it around the optimal path for the fast-track cleaning.
I found it has great suction. There are two settings for the suction. You can put it on silent mode, which makes it a little quieter. The extreme suction is CycloneForce’s strong centrifugal force separates dirt and debris into an outer chamber. So it maintains suction power by keeping the filter clean with less clogging.
The Samsung Robot Vacuum has a great comprehensive scan upgraded, high-performance FullView Sensor comprehensively locates even very narrow or small obstacles across a wide area. Fewer blind spots, it can navigate safely around an entire room. Even sensed my curtains hanging, going right up to them without sucking them in. The wheels move smoothly over most obstacles, so it will keep working while you’re not there.
My Personal Opinion
I absolutely love this vacuum! I was cleaning other parts of my house while it was vacuuming the floors in the living room and kitchen. I felt like I had someone helping me clean house. Additionally, I love that I can set it to vacuum a certain time each day. Three boys and a husband I am always busy and do not always have time to vacuum the floors everyday like I would like. This allows the floors to be cleaned when we are all out of the house. It is so nice to come home to clean floors!

I had a Roomba that I loved, but it suddenly just wanted to go around in circles. I could not figure out what was wrong with it. I did like it, though. It was fun to watch it do it’s thing, and I didn’t have to lift a finger. I would love to get another one some day. Samsung makes quality products, so this one is probably very good. This may be the coolest product ever. I so need one. I vacuum daily because my husband is so sensitive to dust and we have a cat, that makes it even worse. I could set this guy up and it would just take care of the floors. Love it!
