We were sent the Avalon Bay AB-WINE18S 18 Bottle Thermoelectric Wine Cooler to review and test out for all of you. When I received my wine cooler it was super easy to assemble. There were only 2 screws I had to use to put the handle on the door. That was it! Super easy!
Before I tell all of you my opinion of the Wine Cooler know you can use this Exclusive Offer – To get 20% just use coupon code SAVE20.
Let start with the noise level. The noise level is only 25 dB with a frequency of only 60 Hz which is very quiet! I have mine set on 64 degrees Fahrenheit and it rarely turns on. Really, I only hear it turn on right after I open the door. Otherwise, I have not heard it turn on which is great because that means the seal is awesome!
This Wine Cooler holds 18 bottles but, you can also remove the shelves if you would like to add larger items. For, example larger bottles or if you would like to take out the bottom shelves to add an item you would like standing upwards. I like to keep my bottle water in the wine cooler also because I don’t like water to be super cold.
Adjusting the temperature is very easy. You simply press the buttons on the front of the door. I have found thought that I need to be careful when I close the door. Sometimes, I accidentally touch the button while shutting the door. You can adjust the interior temperatures between 51 degrees and 64 degrees Fahrenheit.
I actually did some research online to find out the perfect temperature for the wines I like. In the past I would keep my wines in our refrigerator but, would have to leave my glass sitting out until it warmed up. I have never liked very cold wine. Now, when I pour a glass of wine I do not have to wait!
The inner LED display light turns on and off with just a touch of the button and adds a bit of style. With the clear door and the light you can easily monitor your wines.
The Avalon Bay Wine Cooler is designed to be used in the home, office, or hotels. I have actually also started to use it for my kids drinks. I know it is for wines but, I only have about three wines I really like. So, the kids on the go drinks fit right in saving us on our electric bill since they are not opening the refrigerator. 🙂
