Shaklee #CinchSpiration Month One



As I told all of you a few weeks ago I am starting my Cinch Inch Loss Plan. I tried to think of several different ways to set this up for all of you to follow me and I do believe I have a good idea. There will only be one post per month but, I will update the same post weekly with how I feel the program is working or not working for me. You can always find the post easily by clicking on the CinchSpiration tab in my menu bar at the top of the page :) The pictures and stats will be updated monthly.

Okay, let’s just get this over with! Here are my before pictures and stats. Oh…you have no idea how I dreaded posting this but, let me tell you it is great motivation to succeed! How could I fail after posting these pictures…I have to have successful after pictures to post right?! As you see I am not smiling in the pictures but maybe next month I will be :)

Week of June 17th Diary Entry: {I did not actually start till the 19th because my products were late arriving} Okay the first week has past! I do have to say the first week was not that hard! I did feel the first two days like I had to empty my bladder every 30 minutes but, that may be because I am so not use to drinking that much liquids. I did exerciser four days by waking on the treadmill for around 30 to 40 minutes each time. Walking made me feel great!! Plus, I am happy to say I have lost 4lbs in the first week!!! YEAH! It I can keep losing like this I might be happy about posting pictures next month lol.

Week of June 24th Diary Entry: The scale did not move this week…but at least it did not go up. I am still following the plan the problem is most likely I have not exercised the way I should this week. If you are following me on runkeeper you can see all the exercise inputs. It was my birthday this week and my husband was so sweet….he made me a sugar free cake with sugar free icing then even figured up the calories for me to have one slice :)

Week of July 1st Diary Entry: Oh this week went by fast!! I have to say this is getting easier. I now know how many calories I am eating most of the time with out even having to look it up now :) My husband has got on board with all of this too! He is not using Cinch he is just counting his calories also. Although I think I have created a monster!! Now I do believe it is a healthy competition between the two of us.

Week of July 8th Diary Entry: I really can hardly believe another week has gone by. You know having to write in here once a week really helps me to stay focused. Plus, knowing that picture is out there for everyone to see. I really want a great after picture!! I did take the beginning of month two pictures today and I will have all that up soon :) I am smiling in those pictures.

Okay here you have it end of month one measurements and weigh-in:

Weight 135         7 lbs lost! Yeah!

And Now I have made my first video! I now see that my camera was not that great but it will have to do till next time :)
