Bladder Leakage Help! Restore Your Pelvic Floor Muscle with Apex
Raise your hand if you have bladder leakage. My hand is raised! Three kids and now I feel as if I have no bladder control. Oh, is this saying to much? Oh well, get over it! Women need to start having these discussions and realize it is okay to talk about BLADDER LEAKAGE.
Lets list a few reasons why bladder leakage sucks. First, who want to wear a pad EVERY DAY OF YOUR LIFE! Really, it is horrible to have to wear a pad every day because you have no idea when you are going to sneeze, cough, laugh, cry, or try to exercise. Oh, don’t jump up and down….you will leak! Yep, better not forget to put you pad on in the morning. UHG!
Secondly, it is not sexy. Nope, not at all sexy! It is not sexy for you or your partner. Just flat out not sexy to be wearing a pad that may or may not have pee in it. Totally ruins the spur of the moment.
Kegels, everyone says do Kegel exercises right? Have you done yours today? According to the National Institutes of Health, 50% of women don’t try to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles while 50% will work to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles by doing Kegel exercise. However, of the 50% of the women who do try to strengthen their pelvic floor muscles by doing Kegel exercises only 50% of them do the exercise correctly.
So, what can we do? What are our options? Surgery. Nope, I don’t want to have surgery. While it is an option, most women do not want to go through a surgery to fix the issue. Most women will just decide to wear a pad because we don’t feel like we have anther good option. Well, now we finally have another option.
Apex was designed by InControl Medical to help provide a woman with a better solution to help strengthen the pelvic floor naturally, treating bladder leakage rather than putting a pad on it. The FDA recently cleared Apex product for sale over-the-counter direct to the consumer. Apex helps a woman strengthen her pelvic floor muscle. Hundreds of physicians have recommended the Apex to postpartum patients as treatment to restore their pelvic floor after childbirth. You can use Apex is used in the privacy and comfort of your own home.
There are two different Apex devises:

Not to mention all the money you will save on purchasing pads for bladder leakage. According to DontPadTheProblem.com women living with bladder leakage will spend upwards of $50,000 in a lifetime on pads. How awesome would it be to not have to worry about wearing pads all day every day. That sounds like a dream to me.

I’ve never experienced this problem as I’ve never given birth to children, but I have friends who’ve had children who do have this problem, I certainly will share this with them to see if they’d be interested; thanks for posting!

I don’t have the problem, but I’ve read that as you get older most women end up with it, so it’s good to know that they are addressing the issue and there will be a solution available when or if I need one.

I would have to do a little more reading and consideration before I make a decision. If bladder leakage wasn’t embarrassing enough…I’m not sure about Apex.

No. luckily I don’t have this problem. And no. I wouldn’t try this. Well, I can’t honestly say I wouldn’t since this is a non-issue for me. It looks like the device used for a pap test.
