Congratulations on your bundle of joy arriving soon. I did this all through my 2nd pregnancy. It took me a few months after birth to get back into the swing of working out but definitely start your kegels 48 hours after birth if possible. I believe in any means possible to motivate a person to exercise regularly. My motivation is a beagle that makes his walking wishes known daily and sometimes loudly. The winters are an exercise problem for us so having a plan for indoor movement. as in this system mentioned is truly a solid idea.

Just goes to show that no matter how little time you have, what equipment/tools you have at home, there are things you can do to get in shape. I am pretty sure I will not use the toilet set to do tricep dips, but… great ideas 🙂

What a great idea! An added benefit is that I know I don’t brush my teeth long enough – exercising at the same time woud certainly make my dentist happy as well!

This is very cute and timeless so I’m reading it. I do exercises in the bathroom and kitchen. I keep my step ladder open in the kitchen and believe it or not, it’s a great exercise “machine” for dips, push ups, leg lifts. Just do a little every day and it works.
